Our Mission

Our mission is to empower aspiring dancers in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) region by providing need-based scholarships and promoting equitable access to dance education for all. We are dedicated to removing financial barriers, fostering talent, and nurturing a diverse dance community where every individual has the opportunity to explore, develop, and share their passion for dance.

We believe that dance is a transformative art form that can inspire, uplift, and unite communities. Through our scholarships and educational initiatives, we strive to create inclusive environments that celebrate diversity, encourage creativity, and support the personal and professional growth of dancers from all backgrounds.

Together, we are committed to making dance accessible to everyone, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder the dreams and potential of aspiring dancers in the DMV region.

Scholarships are awarded quarterly.  Applications for the next round of scholarships are due February 28, 2025 and will be disbursed by mid-March 2025.
